Mode d’Emploi ASBL is a socio-professional integration centre that organises vocational guidance training, preparation for training leading to qualifications and job search techniques, primarily for women.

Women in the manual trades? It’s a sector where there’s a constant shortage of staff, yet many women are attracted to these professions but don’t dare take the plunge because of the obstacles.
With this in mind, we helped to develop a video communication campaign to raise awareness, motivate and overcome stereotypes. The campaign is aimed not only at women, but also at business leaders who might be reluctant to hire them.
The program includes an advert and 6 testimonial videos, which will be distributed via various channels (social networks, websites, trade fairs, etc.).
The project started from a blank page, and we were able to set up the entire process from script to delivery.
