Lutosa is a Belgian company specialising in the industrial processing of potatoes into frozen and chilled Chips, frozen potato specialities and dehydrated potato flakes.

Like many companies, Lutosa is facing a shortage of highly qualified personnel. To stand out from the crowd, they decided to implement a strategic communications plan to highlight the profiles they were looking for.
The idea was that in 4 days of filming at Lutosa, we would produce a recruitment campaign presenting different profiles, their passion for the job and what motivates them to work for the company. All the videos were designed to be multichannel. The portraits can function independently in short format (square and vertical for social networks) or together by function for recruitment sites in long version.
In the end, 13 videos will have been delivered (with versions in Dutch and English), enough to fuel a real campaign and bring out the videos according to staffing needs.
