For its Explort Awards 2021 ceremony, AWEX was limited in the number of spectators it could accommodate in the hall due to COVID restrictions. To ensure that as many people as possible could attend, they called on us to set up a live broadcast of the event.
We were lucky enough to be able to work in the magnificent setting of the Namur theatre. The project involved scouting the venue, preparing the technical aspects of the live show and a full rehearsal before the ceremony. In the end, it was a real success, both inside and outside the theatre. The live spectators were able to enjoy an experience almost identical to that of the in-person audience.
